I enjoyed that, thanks again to Bob, i did seem to get quite a lot of blue numbers, did others experience that?
Yes that's normal on the steeper downhill sections - and there's quite a lot of them on that route!I enjoyed that, thanks again to Bob, i did seem to get quite a lot of blue numbers, did others experience that?

I catch you on the ups, you catch me on the downs! I was putting out 350w to hit 62kmh on -6% o try and keep you at bay. Good fun though![]()
Not mine yet!Has anyone's handicap ride shown up on Bkool yet?
Bob I was watching how your trainer was responding. You picked up speed quite quickly on the downhills and sometimes slightly faster than AAAC for less watts. Is that the downhill motor?
Also I saw you trying to stay with AAAC and Bridgy. With similar watts you were about even in speed.
I bet your speed profile is much more jagged compared to the Bkool pro.
Or suckers for punishment who want a second go...![]()
Nuts. Had I known you'd do that I wouldn't have gone out to lunch!OK, second run is underway at 8pm, if anyone wants a go. The elapsed time doesn't seem reliable, so I'd join by adding your Start Time to 8pm!

Anyone needing a new or more reliable ant+ USB stick could try this. Rock solid and no extension lead required.

Bob speed up hill looked a little laboured, but for a brief moment you went with Bridgy/AAAC. I switched riders and you were roughly same watts and speed. It doesn't describe how it actually felt in resistance though!
