Thanks @shimceltic . That was a slog. I thought you'd got away at the start - I was inadvertently in the wee ring and with mountain cogs selected so spinning like a daftie for a couple of minutes until i realised.

I stuck to the normal cassette, my neo seemed a bit weird tonight but I have had a new chain and he said there is wear on the cassette.

I did 155 km with 5.250ft elevation when I was your age. Probably around your weight too back then (2015).
