Very lumpy stage tonight, thankfully small lumps. Who's riding? ETA is sub 55 minutes for the front runners...

I'm planning on giving it a whirl.

I've got to go and pick up my Hollowtech recall cranks from the LBS but assuming I'm back I'll be on. Obviously keen not to miss the mountain stage.

Phew! Lumpy is right. Just snuck in under an hour.

After a long time I ride on Bkool today. Noticed new feature as well, you can select different sprocket types, standard, endurance and mountain. I didn't test them but are they make any difference?. If they do what kind of?.

I feel like it does. I have used it twice on some of the mountainous stages of the league. I was able to ride/spin up steeper gradients than usual, meaning I could actually finish them with my injured leg. Of course the speed was slower, so basically the same as on Zwift,

That was a nice pace until you dropped @Brusgaard then it was brutal. Enjoyed it a lot more than last week. I thought at one point you'd maybe had a mechanical @Rod McG - your watts dropped suddenly - so I thought better not attack the yellow jersey then you blasted past me so it was clearly a cunning tactic!

Only used once but it definitely felt easier on the knees. I'm not sure what the differential is but guessing it's maybe 75% and 50%.
