Weighing less than 75 kg helps a lot… A distant memory from when I was 17 or so.

I ran it solo, as I'm on spousal travel duty later today, but although I challenged The Cave no ghost. Had no chance to keep with up him anyway. Have a great ride folks, it's a grind.

I’m tempted to say I nearly died out there, but after recent events Randy might think I’m exaggerating slightly.

It is shocking how un fit I’ve become though. I might have to swallow my pride and start a training plan.
