Warmup in 20 minutes, then around 50-55 minutes depending on the drafting.

Remember to set a side a couple of minutes to update to 7.50, if you haven’t done so already!

Thanks. usually have time off at the start of the week, so, I felt strong and went all in. I am aiming to be fit for local time trial league starting next April

yet again I had been working outside and when I got home I was a hungry hippo then was nodding , does the draft lend itself for much drafting ? I had a quick look and it looked more hilly than first glance - if its a draft fest then I am in big trouble !!

Didn't even get a draft as was down hill a bit then a 5% kick early in. @Brusgaard carrying an injury had to ease off. The caves ghost is on a flyer though so chase that!

My gaming laptop is about 8 years old and plays bkool/mywhoosh in full settings with no problem.
The Hp omen specs should see you cycling indoors for a good 20 years!
