Just jesting, years of transcoding content over here in studio unfortunately. One of main reasons for upgrading boxes last year

They also have to check if I violate any copyrights etc. My Zwift race from Monday is blocked, as I apparently broke the ASO's copyright on the "Virtual Tour de France 2020", riding (part of) the same route as that event. ^_^ AI isn't all it's hyped to be!

No, just only finished uploading. Now they have to process it...

I record at 1440p/60FPS so it is a 18GB videofile they have to process, and I suspect I share their CPU/GPU resources with others. ^_^

..and about the same measly sub 3W/kg as always. Again today gravity was on my side.

Wow! Beefy file given the ride. Make that cloud work for a living.

Yup, I think IP traceability is going to be a big part of tech's future. Glad I'm officially done with clients this Dec 31. Sit back, ride, ski, drink bevs and make music from then on.

no worries Shim , quite happy lurking in the dust of the wheels in front .as soon as I seen the profile of the course I was on full alert just incase I remembered right - and I did ! other platforms don't seem as cruel going downhill as bkool to the smaller rider but swings and roundabouts , we will reach the bottom and then the only way is up ^_^ would be interesting to see what happens on a course with violent downs and equal ups . wasn't like I wasn't trying last night - heart rate was av in the 160s , maybe doesnt sound much to some but my max is around 170 before I explode and I never ever ever av 160s it was good to see old faces/cartoons
I faffed around at the beginning as I had things set up and working on computer but couldn't get it on telly so It was a last minute panic to get on I will know for next time

However, unlike Zwift, you actually still have to (momentarily) spin going downhill on BKOOL, or you come to a full stop, even if at -7%. You will absolutely demolish me when going (significantly) uphill.
@Goldwolfie and I are the only 80kg+ guys left, so anything above 4-5% for more than a few hundred meters will be challenging. Time lost on the uphill can rarely be made up on the downhill, where (as last night made clear) the opposite is entirely possible.

hope it don't sound like I am moaning ! really enjoyed it - did a test with my larger friend once , where we both started at the top of a hill and freewheeled - he left me standing ! and anything to try and get my lazy ass moving is a plus
