Sorry for huge verbost post, but can't resist. I came from. Fort Collins Colorado before I moved to NH. It was a hotbed of startup breweries some of which became regional, or bigger (New Belgium) with so many great beers it was almost criminal. Unfortunately, IPAs took over everything, drenched in hops, no subtlety, like a freaking monoculture. When I moved a bit further South to the hipster burg of Louisville CO there were a number of flourishing craft food and beverage places (cheese, cured meats, baking, and breweries). One place went full Belgian with some outrageously good offerings - I still miss that as I I could walk to everything in 10 minutes, or bike in 2.

...and I have done it in 16 minutes on the Bkool Pro in 2018 (at 3.6w/kg). Expecting around 19-21 minutes for tonight. It is mostly downhill.
