"Structured training ride"...small shed over bike rig? Steps to make mounting steed easier? I'm hammered after a ton of work this last week but will give it a go today if anyone else wants to.

I'm trying to get a routine so doing the tacx workouts and it's 4 a week. So with 2 days non bike work and 1 race night the other days are gonna be used for this, also means I can sit and watch my tablet for a few hours!
