Hmm, my fitness level is also way off. I'm currently Elite 10. I wish  I was, then I would ride the Tour the France in real life with the pro's.
I should be amateur 7 or so. No idea why it is set to elite 10. I sent a request to BKool to reset my level.

I happens to me when a ride is (automatically) imported from a Zwift or RGT ride. Look in your BKOOL history, and you will find when you got the Elite 10 level and the ride that triggered it. Look at the stats for that ride, and you will probably see some crazy high watts. The same rides look fine/normal on Strava however.
You can edit the "offset" and "max" values in the URL to go further back in time than the 30 sessions (yours and friends!) allowed by default. :okay:

Morning @Brusgaard ,

Are you recovered? Over here even mild cases seem to affect stamina for a while. You should take it easy.
Edit: Never mind, just saw your Zwift ride on Strava. No taking it easy for you!

I lasted about 18 minutes, until a small climb, and I was spat out the back of the group I was in since the start. We were at around 3wkg avg. and I knew it was just a matter of time, as that was my pre-COVID current max for a longer race.
After that I latched on to multiple smaller groups coming from behind, but was dropped from almost all of them until the last one where we we down to 2-2.5wkg avg.

Looking at my stats on ZwiftPower, my avg. heartrate was about 10-20 BPM higher than usual for the same effort (2.4wkg avg), and my weight was down 2 kg post race. So my body had been working overtime on a rather flat stage. However, unlike after Thursday‘s BKOOL race, I wasn’t coughing for 5 minutes. :okay:

See you at 5 PM UK! :bicycle:
