Hi everyone, I got the Bkool for a week but still cant solve the problem with my Bsim. I am using windows 8.1. I have created a session at Bkool.com. And I have updated the status at Bsim. It shown a color bar that the sessions was downloaded already. Then I click "single player" and it said "there are no sessions available". I have sent a mail to info@bkool.com and they said it maybe the antivirus software problem. But i had disabled all antivirus software already. But still no change. Anyone has the same happening? Thank you very much
I would think that if there was a general problem with using Bsim on windows 8.1 there would be a lot of people affected by it and we would have heard of it before now. That does suggest (but not prove ) that your computer might be the cause.
If you give us a detailed walk-through of how you try to set up a session, and say what security software you have installed, we might be able to spot the trouble.
Like @kipster, I'm running windows 7 so I can't suggest anything specific at this stage.

That figures.
I tried a session this evening. There are various features that aren't working, though the session completed OK.
It still isn't showing on my history, though.
I feel completely lost because of the changes. Might give it a week to settle down before trying it again.

I like the new bsim, the scheduling of a session on the iPad doesn't give as many options as on the PC (or I'm doing it wrong!!). I did a session this evening and it added in some opponents (I don't normally add opponents). I didn't play with the views but the elevation profile obscured a third of the video.

It also hasn't appeared on the main page, although it has gone from scheduled sessions.

My session eventually arrived on the main page, along with a message that my physical condition has decreased. I have sent them a query as to why??? Maybe the fact that I only beat the opponents by 8 minutes last night :-(

On a plus side, the exported FIT file seems to contain route data, when I imported it into Strava, it gave me a map and segment performance information http://www.strava.com/activities/186025763

The response from Bkool re my physical condition:
Thanks for your message. In our new website, every session longer than 30 minutes can modify your sport level up or down. FTP tests will be ready to take in the coming days, after the new website is totally deployed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

So as I only averaged 260w for the session I have been downgraded.

One downside of the strava upload including map data is that you get unearned KOMS. I've just done the Buttertubs session and got a kom on the descent, I was 9 MPH faster than Lars Boom and 8 MPH faster than Ted King.

Update, strange that the session I did yesterday removes the map and segment information if I set it to a stationary trainer session. It doesn't seem to do the same thing on the Buttertubs one.

Update 2. After googling it seems that setting it to Workout rather than ride gets rid of the segment information but keeps the map.

Good find, @kipster
I've never uploaded direct from Bkool to Strava because I didn't want to appear on leaderboards when I don't feel I should. Now, the problem is solved.
