Today is going to be a spin slow for me. The Hamstring is much better but any real effort let's me know it's not healed yet. One PT at work told me that it is very easy to re-tear it and better go slow.

Thanks @BILL S, it was less unpleasant than feared. Not over 8% anywhere I think, meaning I could keep spinning at 100 RPM avg. Average heartrate of 155 BPM confirms that as I don’t usually go that high on climbs. Having a rest day on Friday’s these last 2 months helps too.

Hope to see some more human riders next week!

Sorry I thought we were down to the last three of us on bkool and you were now a zwifter. Not that I've really been paying much attention lately.

Foot in both camps at the moment but work and DIY is getting in the way of both.

The France / Spain tour was brilliant. Northern Spain was so pretty, as were some of the towns and villages in France. We had one day of rain and one very hot day. Smooth roads and cars giving loads of room when passing.
