I'm at Work on Thursdays but plan on the Saturday re run. This work gets in the way of my Bkooling. There is a big difference for me if I try to ride it alone or am in the live race. Heart rate and watts are way higher when "competing" note that's in quotes.

I very much look forward to you, Shimceltic and me duking it out over the winter months..

Decided to ride Stage 1 of the November league on my Tacx Neo as I renewed by Bkool subscription for a 3 month trial.

Quite impressed with the new simulator again, except that it clearly doesn't let the MacBook know that its running, as my screen saver came up again after 20 minutes. Had to get off the bike and touch the trackpad, then jump back on and ride. I'll need to extend or remove the screensaver timer on the MacBook.

The 13% ramp at the start of the stage kicked in right away on the Neo, so not only did I get the usual non-Bkool Pro slow start I got immediate resistance from the gradient.

Other than those issues, the new Sim felt pretty similar to what I'd expect from Zwift. Time was 30.34, average watts 245.7 and 3.1w/kg. Effort of 0.8 was a bit of a piss-take. I was actually trying, even though I'd done a Zwift session earlier.

My result hasn't been validated, so can an admin please sort that out. Classic Bkool reason of red cross against Coherent weight. It seems surprised that I weigh 80 kg, as my profile says. Apparently my expected weight was 0!

Welcome back!! Yes the new SIM doesn't let me do jackrabbit starts anymore on my pro. It should be much more fair to the non bkoo l riders.
