Thanks for the help up the Zwift mountain tonight @bridgy . I did the 3 sisters, legs a little tired now
I hope I was of some help! I was there for a pre bkool race warm up but it was tricky staying in front of you as it was so hilly! And then I ended up getting a bit carried away on the radio tower climb after you had dropped back, and got a PR up there (because some stranger was trying to beat me obviously!)

You was a help. Kept me pacing nicely at 2.8 - 3.0 w/k for large sections. Also, when I'm suffering it's always nice to see a friendly avatar. I got to the top of the KOM and slowed down to have a rest - you flew off :notworthy: I think I was only half way up the tower when I saw you flying back down  That was a good long session though to get some miles in the legs - I need to do a lot more of these building up to the DD.

No need for a :notworthy: - I was only around for 30 minutes, you were there for nearly 2 hours!

Watched the highlights and as usual you don't get to see how the race developed.
Still, based on the look of everyone, it was a tough old slog.

Watched some short clips of the final climb today on www.steephill.tv.
Van Aart come of his bike, looks like he unclipped because he was in the wrong gear.
Just watch him re-mount to get an idea how fekked he was.
His cyclo-cross back ground paid off, kind of.

He came to a halt due to cramp and fell off from reports. Chapeau to him for taking a late invite and getting on the podium

All waiting rides released :okay: You, AAAC, Bridgy and GW - rides held to be approved as you all improved your times ...... maybe you should all rides slower next time

Not blimming wrong.
Legs felt like lead this morning.
And not bionics and titanium which is what they are really made from.
