Do some sweet spot sessions holding power for x amount of minutes hurts but well worth it
There a great hour long training session in zone 4 for 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 minute with a 90 second break between each zone 4 section. I've done it a few times, it hurts :B)

If I do go to the hard side it'll probably be with a neo or kickr/climb combo. Both of which require a big investment of cash that up intil now I could not justify as I had a working trainer. Now though I may need to shift some money as well as a little weight to use either.

I should know by the end of the week. :eek:
Is the wahoo climb really worth it? I personally don't see the benefits and i like my cycling gadgets
