Anyone bkooling tonight at 7?
Not me. I'm on cooking duties so need to ride earlier (be on in about 10 mins). Will be doing SC8 as a test run for Thursday ^_^

minds out of the gutter people :stop:

I thought it might get one or two of them all excited .

But just in case there's any confusion about what it means, I'm asking if we're going to do the Summer Cup stage 8 or the Chain Gang tonight in about half an hour. I don't mind too much but if it's CG I'll probably take it quite easy to save myself for Thursday.
Any preferences guys? And by that I'm talking about which route to turbo on tonight.

CG it is then! Again, I'll race below 300 watts from around 10k into the stage.

Good news is, my BKOOL computer/speed is back to normal. Tried running BKOOL on my office computer, and it was speedy as always...

So I did a complete uninstall of BKOOL (incl. registry edits and hidden folders) and re-installed from the webpage and, low and behold, no more slowness in the menus/login. Joining as a spectator for a race, I see no microstops so far either!

CG would be my preference.

Sorry I didn't make it after all @BILL S - got roped in to going for a walk with the wife instead - did manage to persuade her to stop at the pub for a beer in the evening sunshine on the way back though so not all bad!

Thanks for the ride @BILL S  Another photo finish. I like the way we burried that Spanish dude, even though I must admit it was pretty hard to stay below 300w and keep up with you.
It turned into an excellent race for me and totally not what I'd intended. When I found myself a minute or so behind you and about 10 seconds ahead of Grandullon I decided to see if I could coax him into doing some drafting and try to catch you. It was looking like a very long ride unless it was spiced up somehow. Anyway I was surprised we caught you because Grandullon took a bit of coaxing but got the hint and worked quite well at it. I thought he'd stay with us but I think the catching you took too much out of the poor chap. I was at about my maximum speed after that, leaving just a little for the inevitable sprint finish. You seemed to get me just but I liked the way we were in sight in the top display the whole time, so just a fraction of a second apart.

No worries Paul. You'd only have gone and won anyway so at least someone else got a chance.

No surprise you caught me, as I slowed down (as promised). Was at 413 avg. at 11km (after a few seconds at 1100w+), when I started the slowdown, waiting for you two to catch up. Finished at 333w average, well above all my latest rides. But I suppose that's because there was almost no drafting/team work in those "lonely" rides against ghosts...

Even though you finished at 00:00 after me on screen, in the final ranking that translates into 6 seconds. ^_^

I've decided to make a decision..... I'm resting my quads cos they're sore. Three days off then a big go at SC8 live on Thursday. :training:
Quite enjoyed SC8 tonight. I had no idea how fast I would be so I selected a number of ghosts around the 38 minute time, with a few faster ones. Well, I buggered that up as I came in at 32:50  Only downer is there is someone 28 seconds faster than me and I didn't include his ghost, so only spotted this once I finished :banghead:

Puts me currently 2nd on SC8, and if the league is updated tonight I could be top 5 in GC at least until the big race on Thursday :wahhey:
