NO improvement on the knee/leg pains.

Doctor's orders was to go slow, and thankfully not quit riding. He thinks I have put too much strain on the muscles for too long time, like a "tennis elbow". I could enjoy these pains for months to come, he said. :-( He did arrange for me to go to a physiotherapist, and I'll be doing that shortly... These days I just ride the sessions at 60-80% and slow down when the pain gets too much towards the end...

Not looking forward to that 47.9km stage later today...
