It was ur ride i challenged i will try and get those 70 seconds when i get 5 ill go and see my asthma nurse :okay:
I gave it my best shot yesterday so not sure I can better it unless I can draft someone. I might try to get on the live race Thursday. If you're planning on doing the live 5pm ride Thurs let me know, we can work together. Same for you @Jim Brown . If we work together we might be able to get better times :okay:

if I can make that time yes if I can get a draft I should beat my time as yesterday I couldn't get a draft jim was a few seconds behind and someone else a few in front I did think to slow a bit and try to draft jim but was worried if he pulled away I wouldn't get back on

I may try this later in the league but if i do the live ride tomorrow I don't think BKool will add my ghost .... maybe I could ask them, and they will respond to me in 3 weeks time  as is their way :banghead: Be nice to try and work with Jim and Rob if we can all make it :okay: Feel free to join too and help us if you want  We'd love you at the head of the train for us :notworthy:

Anybody know how many km a trainer tyres should last for?
I found out why mine feels a bit bumpy as it has started to push the sidewall out, I think it's going to go pop!
At 120psi it gives a good bump each revolution... I'll give SC 1 a go though!

did doc say what the dizziness is caused by Bill ? Get a fair bit myself when i stand up and just wondered if i could you as a test case ! - unless its something bad you have ---- then you dont count :okay:
had blood pressure taken and not bad
waiting for blood result
i know i have a low resting heart rate so that might be it

My GP thinks it's Labyrinthitis. Not at all like the condition where you feel faint when standing up quickly, which I also get when I'm at my fittest. When you get Labyrinthitis you really know about it. Especially when it first happens you think you're totally doomed.

Had that once a few years ago - it was horrible. Felt ok sitting down then once you stand up it was like sea sickness
Hope you feel better soon and thanks for reply

Hopefully it will go away soon. There is probably a trigger for it that sets it off, gardening maybe?

That's what it looked like I had initially, a while ago. Spining until xx(, on more than one occasion. Turned out to be not that thankfully. I still get the odd moment of wobble but not full on spinning top .

All the best @BILL S with sorting this out.
