Good on you @Randyberlin - I should be in work tomorrow morning but not anymore.. is it an 8.30am start UK?
Listen.. I don't mind telling you that I'll be terribly vexed if the live feed is Danish focussed... I want to see you guys.. I don't care about who else is racing - just Team CycleChat...
"On the velodrome, gaining an advantage by using the virtual speed exploit(accelerating to virtual speed, coasting, then accelerate and so forth), is not allowed. The same sanction as use of ERG mode applies."
Doesn't that sound like the old "sawtooth"?
Thought that was eliminated entirely.
Won't that have an impact on their harvest, the plants need a good exchange of air as well as light and heat!
If you don't want to do that one again Steve you can put in a short dummy run to get your time. My ride has showed up so relieved I won't have to do it again.Finished CG2 but bsim hung i assume w/o saving, anybody else have problems? bkook server seems 'under pressure'
Thanks Bill I'm travelling out to the Far East Tuesday so I don't mind to do it again out there, I think my Real Axiom is a little more generous Good luck to you and the guys tomorrowIf you don't want to do that one again Steve you can put in a short dummy run to get your time. Yes, that's the ride that highlighted the problem and prompted them to put that rule in. I have seen the ride data and it definitely still works @LBHIFI - in the velodrome at least! I think what they have done is speed up the drop in speed when you hit an incline which probably does reduce its effectiveness a lot on road courses. But the lack of hills in the velodrome seem to allow it to still give a big advantageThat's the tactic Holt used to win the Vélodrome race the other day, which took Jacob by surprise. :-) The others were pushing an average north of 500w, and Morten Holt only used 287. :-)
