Another early out and back..
getting a habit

Sunny but just over 4c the noo..Owdo folks
Another day has dawned, dry and overcast. So far...
Good to hear.
No bruises appeared on you...
You don't remember actually going down, just the start and end of it.
Lucky the ground broke yer fall.
It didn't cut yer trip too short then. Just a bit slower afterwards.
Yer proving the naysayers wrong though. Still getting out there, putting in the miles(kilometres)...
Nowt wrong with doing that in't bike, and not on foot. Travelling at yer own speed, taking in that fresh country air as muck spreading season looms.
10 to 12 days! One of those there smart watches, that keeps an eye on you.
And the "self levelling" has made it more enjoyable learning.
Two separate visible bubbles on each axis, or electronic level.
Shouldn't it be white for Scotland?

Fer nowSunny but just over 4c the noo..
Fair enough. Just thought you might have been experimenting with different, new to you, colours. She asked for pink.....
Self-levelling is done by the machine...

Please take a look at this after it's been checked..
obviously green is within the limits (mms)...
Trust me, it's far easier than doing it by hand..
Early trip to the castle town just to the N of us....
Snow on't nearby tops...
Just as well the ground was there, I'd be flying through space right now...
left shoulder and side were a bit achy.
Stiff legs after even a short trip..
Quick check around the garden, the two jasmines look dead but still hanging in...
Edit to add :
Smartwatches, smartphones?
you get tracked just as much as with any mobile phone..
phones are always pinging looking for cell towers..
so if you are going to do something dodgy, leave all devices at home....
they have access to your information if you are online from anything...
Owdo
Erly enough to still be dark?
Becoming a nun...
Fer now
Fair enough. Just thought you might have been experimenting with different, new to you, colours.
A lot easier.
I'll trust you. No twisting of the feet to get it level each time.
Getting ideas?
You got snow!
Who knows where you'd have ended up if wasn't there...
To be expected, no bruises(battle scars) showing. Other than that yer okay though.
Hitting the ground wouldn't have helped.
You still checking what never made it through the winter. Is there much that didn't make it...
I were thinking more heartrate, steps, sweat rate... then sending it all off to who knows where.
Set to manual search and they don't "look" as hard.
Me doing something dodgy, never...
They should be made say what information they do hold.
Nor one out of it...I'll not make it a habit....
Can believe it.Much, much easier this 'levelling itself' lark....
Your local council, for example, can ask to get your phone records, internet activity, your emails....remember these are all 'saved' by your provider for a certain amount of time.
Your data isn't yours..
They must give a very good reason LOL.
Spent 2 and 3/4 hours with VM...
got almost the same deal with a couple of add-ons for the same price (after the old contract add-on yearly cost)...
20 mins of that was with stage two customer services, boom boom sorted..
EE in a month I think...
Anybody who needs to know about how smelly I get deserves what is coming to them...
Just been looking through some mobile sites..
shower of scammers never mind the hackers..
Nor one out of it...
Can believe it.
They'd have to pay as well though. Get the feeling they're watching as I type this on the library computer.
Never has been really.
Such as...
You make a cuppa whilst you were talking to them?
Because the person dealing with your enquiry wasn't authorised to offer/make such deals!
There is that. But they can also go with the increased heart rate when the ground disappeared below you and you "lost all weight".
Anything interesting there.
You weren't on the phone to them. I thought online chat was supposed to be quicker and easier than the phone.A cuppa? I was scared to leave the online chat in case they disappeared..
Mrs M was out with the girls...
All happy in the end, it's like a boxing match..
Eventually, the decision suits both parties..
E of E will be a different kettle of fish..
they seem to have got tougher to deal with since they merged with the T of B.
The plan was to upgrade the phone and pass on my phone to Mrs M who already has a decent sim deal.
I'll explore the waters mid-March and see what they offer, I'd do the same going in for the same cost.....or I'll get a cheapo sim deal elsewhere and get Mrs M a deal but a bit of manoeuvring may be needed.
It's all buy yer phone and pay also for a sim deal...sim deals then are piss poor. some supermarket adverts promise you the world mobile wise but then you look....
My knee was looking a bit 'ouchy' tonight.
The local wood is out until they clear the track....
.You weren't on the phone to them. I thought online chat was supposed to be quicker and easier than the phone.
They're all pushing what they're willing to give in any deal these days. At one time they'd have bitten yer hand off to get you on their books.
E of E may not be as hard as you think. Their largest shareholder wants out of T of B. They were the major shareholder in Orange(UK) who E of E bought out. T of B were barred from owning a mobile network after Cellnet went under, all those years ago.
Annoying that you're almost required to get a new handset just to stay with them. So much for customer loyalty these days.
I'm lucky I bought my current handset SIM free. Can put any SIM I want in.
No trip to the scout hut tonight then.
You've not got a chainsaw you could take to them and clear the path.

Somehow I don't think that'll cut it, but you can always try..
I have a circular saw
not many power points available in the woods though
Yeah, ended up there last night..
stayed much later..
I'll find out mid-march what they offer..
basic sim deal for me and maybe something to upgrade the mrs.. (her phone)
I'm not bound, I just like new tech....although minor Improvements each time a new model comes out.
calling me
I use online chat as I've trouble with some voice frequencies, I can hear normally but on a phone?
Somehow I don't think that'll cut it, but you can always try.
Extension lead...
Thought you might have stayed at home.
The biscuits were good last night!
You'll not be upgrading yours, passing yer current one onto Mrs M then. Basic SIM deals used to be worth it over a new handset, now they don't like them. Especially in the high street shops.
I'm not bothered by not having the latest, shiniest handset. So long as it does what I want.
What were cuppa calling you this time...
Just surprised it took as long as it did using the online chat. They all seem to push it as the quickest way to get an answer.
I've heard an increasing number of people say the same thing. Could it be sacrificing the phone quality to fit the rest in causing it! Solved by getting the latest all singing, all dancing model.
Didn't expect you to...Let's say I wasn't going down and agreeing for any deal...
plus I reckon the person was dealing with someone else..
Things moved on rapidly when I spoke with Cust Serv person...I have a % off on EE which helps but the sim deals they push with this type of transaction are pee.
They had a sim deal for which I pay the same but with 10 instead of the 1 gb I have, but I don't need masses of data.
Mrs M is with another provider but their upgrade to the handset and sim deal is horrendous, E and E have better deals than a lot of them.
The best option is I get roughly the same deal as I have now and Mrs M get my old phone which I can still get a good price on... TBH
Must check Epple for prices..
Surprisingly a very good option for me....a cheapo sim and I'd be good to go.
Doesn't solve Mrs M....we'll see.
I'm off for some fizz...
belated Valentines Meal..
My whole family except son are..Didn't expect you to...
Who were you "speaking to" before the cust serv person?
Which of the big ones has/is doing away with PAYG SIM's. SIM only deals don't make as much money as a SIM & new handset deal. For the person selling it or the company.
Will hers work in yours?
Epple, you're not one of those iPhone folk are you...
Here's to a decent deal with E and E.
Enjoy the fizz, ignore the bubbles...
