Along with instructions along the line of "turn left three corridors down, then take the corridor on the right, and its the second set of doors", and those immortal words "you can't miss them" thrown in for good measure. It's to prevent patients "escaping".It's the distance to walk to the ward..
I'll see her soon enough...
Kids have their own 'drawer; full of goodies..
Dreich start here...
hopefully some brightness later
Use your imagination, spend a quid or something daring....Owdo

When she comes to you...
Raid it.
Foggy start to the day. Fog replaced by rain around three hours ago.

Use my imagination!
There's folk who'll say that could be dangerous, to others...
Spend a pound. I'm not made o'money.
An old hospital? This place is massive,
I could get wheeled along but she is home now.....
Rain fell earlier..
6.5 mm in 35 mins..
of course, Mrs M got caught in it....
Logging done and uploaded..
The danger with getting wheeled round is you might be taken as being a patient, possibly trying to get out/escape.
Both doing fine and looking forward to their first night at home?
The rain arrived here about nine this evening. Heavy at times, but not for long.
You safe in the hospital or the car...

It is if you follow the American system.
Good for you. Just the cards now.
Is this new, to you, hossie any quicker than the old one.
Your first there?
He's Offaly sorry he never said anything to you.
Has it moved?
Sleep, sleeep, sleeep, and keep the noise down...
No cards! How're you to keep track of them?Cards aren't usually done for that sort of thing..
special DX (rarities) expeditions to lesser entities.
They have a weird system determining an entity, take the UK..
England, Scotland, IOMan, Wales, Guernsey, Jersey and NI are counted as separate 'countries' towards the DXCC award, each identity is identifiable by the callsign used..
I worked a 3A/MM0S** the other day, a Scot (MM or the older GM) , England can be G, GE, or M. IOMan id GD or MD, NI is GI orMI, Guernsey is GU or MU, Jersey is GJ or MJ. Eire is EI.....

Lesser entities?
Weird sounds right up my street.
You'll not have your DXCC Award yet, will you.
Thought it a bit strange you not having got it.Got my DXCC century one (100 entities verified, 157 verified so far, actual ?174)
Pretty low considering, (I'm a QRP style) low powered station and a restricted antenna but I'm more than happy with that, makes getting anything new more enjoyable)
Main one for me is the Worked All States one, verified contact in each of the US States.
I should really send them the moolah for my certificate..
(worried about it coming from the US through the post)..
US body ARRL run this and is the accepted award(s) worldwide
