That is good to hear that you are getting some help and I hope it is helping to give you some time to get yourself together for the challenges you face
Sure did, and got a refusal. All resubmitted a couple of weeks back - this time with help from an expert(who used to work in the Dept and was gobsmacked by the refusal - said I should have gone to my MP!!) We'll see what they do this year, as things have moved on - as they do with that syndrome.
No more sunny winters so I hope that the new heating I had installed last year is as good as I hoped.
