You relly need to work on your delivery of sentences like that. There should at the very least be a pause between "Without" and "This time" and I think the statement would also benefit from a "Mwahahaaaa..." Possibly in italics.

True: a colon would have been more appropriate.

That does not however detract from my original point that the Exclamation mark is an abomination in most English sentences.
