Arrived at work early: I allowed a lot of extra time to ride over the fields to the tram because of fog.
I think I freaked out another cyclist by crossing a main road when car headlights were approaching. I know this road very well and have seen drivers bomb along it in fog with no lights, so my logic was that if I can see lights, I know where the next car is. If I can't see lights there may be a car much closer.

Don't make it in bed. Yer porridge will go everywhere. Especially in dry form.
Maybe her moggy doesn't want a brew. And she'll be trying, not sounding too hopeful though.

I would have, but I lost him in the mist. I got growled at by another cyclist for a similar thing a while back, but he was on an E-bike and took it personally when I passed him.

Not great here in Cumbria either, Carlisle Beer Festival Saturday, nice ride on Sunday...it did sort of clear up in the end and we had the odd burst of sunshine. I'm doing a bit of jobhunting-several places on my list are looking for peeps, including one I went for an interview at a couple of years ago (3 Chimneys on Skye).
I might even move to Yorkshire!
