Leave the wheel on the bike, non of this messing about with cables malarkey. Find and fix the puncture whilst the wheel is still attached to the bike.

I recollect seeing a picture of your bike. Is it difficult to get the wheel off then

It is. I will have to look into it a bit more for future reference i think. The disk brakes are the problem. I would have to loosen them somehow, but never mind.
