Pool? I was in Asturias, in the mountainous north of Spain. It has a climate a bit like Wales.

My daughter is moving her language school to bigger premises, and I was there to start off all the work. After 3 days, everything was going so well that I said I might be able to build her reception desk. They were going to buy a flat-pack nasty from Ikea. This is what I managed in 2 very long days:

That's Aida, my daughter's receptionist, in the first photo, before anyone asks. I was rather handicapped building that with just a handful of borrowed tools.

What's that bit about "blaming his tools".

As long as you enjoyed yourself, that's the main thing.
