Good morning everyone :hello:
Good morning fine people:hello:

Dreich one at the Towers:blush:
Morning. I have at least had a walk. The pavements were still icy but the trail was fine. Just great to get some fresh air. I am not one for being cooped up too long.

Sky was very red and I think the temperature has lifted slightly. No doubt more rain/sleety stuff later I think.
At least you got out. Red Sky, never a good sign though.

"Big Freeze" to hit this weekend, according to the weatherfolk. First one this year.

Morning?

Old Peculiar is a warm and welcoming treat on a cold winter's afternoon, beautifully crafted and put on this earth just for man's pleasure (OK, it isn't Timothy Taylor Landlord, but then nothing else is). The other is a ******** cat, constantly waiting for the opportunity, dreaming about tearing your throat out then drinking the contents.
Headquarters just up the road from me.

Adnams brewery in Southwold, further up into Suffolk, used to have a public tap on the side of one of their buildings where members of the public could go and fill up a container with best bitter free of charge. You might want to have a little poke around the Timothy Taylor's premises, to see if they have the same. Best do it at night, in case others try to take advantage of your discovery.

Adnams also have a lot of underground pipes full of beer connecting their various buildings around the town. There's a local tale of a road repair gang that accidently broke one open.......

Websters had a similar setup under the road on site. Similar tale of a water pipe burst taking longer to repair.
