I could do with going to that............always been dreadful with money and not getting any better the older I get!

In a can't be bothered mood this morning so just a dog walk in the meantime. Dad's not keeping great and my step mum is going to try and get the doctor to pop in this morning so don't want to be out too long anyway.

Plus 4 or 5 this morning though so positively balmy

I needed 2 jabs of cortisne in my shoulder to sort it after physio failed. If thats what your having.

I still have a bloody headache grrr ,hopefully the fresh air will clear it.

This will be the 3rd steroid injection for adhesive capsulitis - I had two last year which worked for a while.

my back ain't at it's best (pulled it again Saturday) but a bearable pain, not out & out agony.
