Back from beginners ride. A new member and some light off roading, whoohoo!
We were covered in muck and wet, but very happy.

The ex was going in so I blagged a lift and we had a mooch round. The lad went to the gym so got a lift and joined us for a KFC.
Now home and watching the weather for the ride later

I've had KFC for my tea, lovely stuff.

The sizing on cycling shorts is rubbish. Mine are tenn 3/4 . The size is medium but it says the actual size is 8-10. As far as im concerned 8-10 should be small. 12-14 medium 16-18 large etc. They are all different. There doesn't seem to be any standard.
