I was so knackered after work yesterday. Didn't get home till nearly 19:00 got my stuff ready for today, had my tea and a shower, then went to bed.

Things are not so bad. A four day working week and once less climb of that bloomin brae or ramp as the commentary over the weekends road race cycling liked to call the them.

Lol................I suppose one man/woman's ramp is another's steep hill, depending on your fitness, ability, etc. Even seems to depend how you are feeling on the day.
