Well, it's definitely Monsieur if it's got googles but I'm not sure it has to be French.

just a little play on words/names that I am fond of (can't find that slanted apostrophe that makes things look all French on my phone).

Anyway it's supposed to read French, a la goog-les, if you get my drift.

I like to do this kinda thing with scummy little places (give them a posh name) Ex - Beech Hill (Wigan) Beverley Hill, Platt Bridge (Wigan) Platt Vegas, Little Lever (Bolton) Bijou Leve're, Shakerley Estate (Tyldesley) Sheikerley Village' pronounced Sheik - earl - e Villarge' or Higher Folds (Leigh) Mont Concertina & (Eccles) = Eccle's - Ech-les'

At the other end of the spectrum & a reversal we have Brookhouse - Estate (Eccles) S#!T#0US€ nice & simple.
