Last night we had an enormous spider in the lounge, TVC attacked it repeatedly but it still walked away, I named him Jens. TVC eventually got it when it reappeared. This evening Jen's big brother decided to come out and say hello. That fella took some taking down, are these things GM? They seem to be getting bigger

Yep - there is a secret breeding programme at Porton Down. They are to be sent into the Kremlin as bugs. Oh wait - they are bugs

We've had a huge spider in the bath today. Hubster put him out of the window as even the JRT backed off it. We then found another strolling along the back of the sofa, again the JRT backed off. She's a fab ratter but a useless spiderer. I know there is a humungous one in the spare bedroom but he's hiding in the stack of boxes that are packed already. We've called him Big Boris. Hubster is going to hunt him down with a mixing bowl and an LP cos he won't fit under a glass.

Tom (my dog) eats spiders. He even eats bits of stray wool that are on the floor that look like spiders. He's not really fussy about size. Or taste apparently.
