Morning everyone. 1st tea of the day has been drunk. Guitar practice has been had early on account of the new neighbours downstairs having a right old barney while they were in the bath.
It's much harder to concentrate on my homework when the people underneath are yelling on account of the older chap is bald. Heigh ho.

I've no idea what they are doing down there but we are off out as the dogs are traumatised by the racket going on. They might be moving furniture about or something but the yelling and the banging about is sending the Greyhound into conniptions.
They only moved in on Friday so I guess they are getting all sorted out. Maybe they are deaf as they are yelling to each other. I can hear them even when I've got headphones on..

Tell them to keep the noise down. They may not realise just how much they are making.
On the other hand, they may be well aware!
