Work and a ride draw your own conclusions. Can't complain I got 25 miles in which was an hour and a half out this afternoon in some half decent weather. didn't have much in the legs though, they felt heavy and tired. It was enjoyable though.

No ride for me today, was up early to take some piccies but not much achieved after that. Hopefully the steeds will get an airing next week, weather forecast looks good for then. Little Dukes weekend first though, currently watching some rubbish, Thor I think.

Hope the weather stays good for next week for the sake of the Tour of Britain. Last year was not blessed with the best weather. Hoping to ride out to see some of it on Wednesday.

That had slipped my mind, I was planning to see them come over the Woodbury Common, buggers are doing a climb that I enjoy when I do it regularly... Won't be struggling to match their times on it!
