That thing you took a picture of is the head of a bolt.
Try unscrewing it, if it comes out easily then it's likely that it doesn't have a nut on the other end but screws directly in to the black plate.
It that black plate is what it looks like (the back of the reflector) then the bolt should come straight out, it's then a simple case of reversing the procedure with the light.

It screws into the back of the plate directly...I'll take a philips to it shortly...
