Morning everyone. Cold here as well...awful sleep (or lack of sleeping!) as the wife wrapped herself up in the duvet leaving me a small corner to hide my feet under. I was freezing and she was doing her best impression of a human sausage roll!

My stomach felt heavy and I felt sick. I had to sit upright so got up...managed to doze and feel ok'ish now. I think eating before bed, even though I was hungry, was the wrong move
