Anyone out today?
After a morning spent doing some maintenance on 'our' section of Route 75, cut back any brambles etc, blow the track clean and a good l/check
I headed out just after 1pm and got 26 mile in the bag, glad to get off roads as they were busy, busy and a return home by a clean track ..
Sustrans bloke was strimming the 'Lost Legion', a fantastic job these volunteers do.
Pity about the serious cyclists who tend to 'bomb' down a busy track

Hi and whilst she is battered and bruised she is still alive oh and four stitches in her head ! she got that from the tin of cat food she was carrying when she fell after she hit bottom before the can hit her.She went down from top to bottom backwards so her shoulders have some cracking road rash marks (less gravel of coarse) and as I stated the stitches her biggest problem is getting herself up out of a chair due to the shoulders so this is why she needs a bit of a lift but it is improving thanks.
