Inbetween the showers this morning I nipped round to the shops, on my way back I was chatting to a lady I have known for years, she is 82, doesn't wear glasses, has had no surgical procedure, does her own shopping and cleaning but does have someone to do her garden for her. She is such a sprightly creature always happy and smiling. We need more of these ladies

All well at the dentist. Just needed a scale and polish.
I had just got home when I got a text saying my new tablet had arrived....back on the bus to town to collect it lol.
It's charging and I'll spend this evening adding stuff to it etc.

Fine until now, just started raining.
Chance of snow before the end of the month. Certainly ground frosts before the end of next week.

Evening people of tealandia another mixed day in chez on the hill . Grandchildren now been thrown out, but they will be here again tomorrow.

i have a bit of news. My eldest grandson got his A level results this morning, and he has been accepted into aberystwyth University. He will be taking a degree in sports sciences. im quite happy about that as there are no jobs around here, and he is happy as well. He is off out with his clasmates tonight to celebrate. They are going to aberystwyth for the night.
