She seems nice enough. She is allegedly coming to visit today, after about half past 6, if she can get a lift as she doesn't drive. If she doesn't come we have her phone number and could give her a lift here and back on Monday if she so wishes. She has her kids on Saturdays, until 5pm so we are not fretting about hearing nothing from her today, she's probably a bit upset about having to leave them with their Dad.

Not a peep. We texted her about coming to view ours and added that we were offering a £500 incentive for the right exchange but nada.

I've put new ads up on Gumtree. One for a local (Eastern Counties) exchange and another for Devon/Cornwall which mentions a cash incentive for a fast exchange. One person has emailed me about a fairly central Norwich 2 bed flat swap. There have been 4 views on the Devon ad. A chap came to view our flat yesterday and loved it. He has a good sized 1 bed bungalow on the Broads, which would be nice. However he thinks that it's only over 55s that are allowed to live there, although his neighbour is only 46. His 'housing officer/housing case worker' is on her hols and back on Thursday morning so the HA has left a message to call him as a matter of importance to see if there is any flexibility. We'd quite like his bungalow, it's 5 miles from the coast.

We are very flexible about where we move to, although that house we viewed would have been perfection on a stick.
