Morning all, no job planned for me today yet so it's just sit at home and wait.

It's nice when you arrive home and a parcel full of cycling goodies sits on the front door step .

• AirZound horn, to replace the one that finally died after about 5 years;
• Front wheel hub;
• Spoke key to fit 4 different spoke sizes;
• 4 rolls of wheel rim tape; and
• A small bottle of camera lens anti-fog spray.

I had a long day, working from 6:30am to 5:45pm with very little time off for lunch.

It's been far to hot here today. Even at 5pm it was 27 1/2deg C. Its cooled down now, but I didn't go out today. Maybe tomorrow though.

Back pain has increased as the day has progressed.

Headache will increase when missus finds out that I have sent nearly £600 on cycling booty from the dis/comfort of my sofa.
