Morning everyone.
It doesn't look too bad out so I'm going to whizz the dogs around the block and then get a quick ride in before wwww (only 2 cocker-poos today).
Quick query. I PM'd Shaun in the middle of the night to ask if I can post something about a potential project we have coming up. We are really, super excited about it and want to tell people but I've had no reply yet. I don't want to take liberties. Any idea how long takes to reply to a PM folks?

Back from a quick 12 miler. My bike is covered in mud. I am covered in mud from mid thigh down. My gloves are muddy, my shoes are unspeakable and now drying in the bottom of the airing cupboard. I had a blast.
I have coffee and am now feeling a bit cold. I'll have a shower in a min but I'm just letting the bike drip dry first.

It was. I am not sure what happened but somewhere around August I just lost the will to ride. I wasn't particularly busy doing other things but I just lost the love of riding. The fact that I have a rather sexy Carbon roadie didn't seem to help at all. Now, the weather is muddy and a bit mizzy, I am loving it again. I've now sold my MTB, my Defy is for sale and I have 5/8ths of what I need for my CX/Adventure bike or whatever they are calling them this week.Well done sounds ace!
The world seems to be looking up a bit at the moment, which is rather unusual at this time of year for me. Even better, my hands have warmed up enough to get 10 minutes practice in.
I didn't think that they would warm up in time.

Back from the dentist. The 2 rugrats are now sitting here with tea and cake. Grandaughter and grandson walked up to our house this morning. Grandaughter was gasping. "Gran. I think im dying. I've done so much exercise this morning, I cant breathe, I must be dying". Me " what exercise did you do sweetpea.". " I walked all the way up here". Me . "You walked a quarter of a mile up the road. Thats not exercise its just WALKING".
Anyhow both rugrats have had theyre check ups. An hour and 15 minutes driving, a 50 mile round trip, and they spent a grand total of 4 minutes in the chair and that was both of them. Never mind. I now have coffee

Had tea in the local cafe, now home and got some lunch on the go - and picked up some stuff for a beef stir fry tonight.
I was thinking today how much I enjoy cooking so - they can go do one....I will cook Christmas dinner. They can have their take-away another day!

I'm planning a ride on Saturday as it's to be sunny!
I was thinking about leading a Belles ride, but I have to go at their pace and I feel the need to shred up some local woods!
I'm sure there will be other days for those rides....
