I went out this afternoon for a couple of hours and decided to go and do all the biggest hills in the area, so even though it was only 32 miles it was pretty tough going

Living at just under 500ft asl has its disadvantages, Mrs Mhor has just said the ice on the car windscreen this morn was thick...
and its looking like it is coming down again..
Plenty days left this month....
