Just getting out is good, I don't reckon it matters how far you go, it's just good to get fresh air.
It's just the regular Sunday run and I always try to get out because its a group its a bit easier. There are a few that race so its always a fair pace and its an excuse for coffee and cake at the cafe.
Plus it helps to keep my average weekly mileage up

Tesco are selling them off, and I had a load of clubcard vouchers as I always buy my diesel for my company car there.

A quick double up of the vouchers and there you go.

The Gaggia's gone into storage, and I've now got to get rid of the pod machine.
