busy day today, got an open day at the rescue home for dogs where I do voluntary work so gonna be surrounded by doggies today

Lol............new invention, a sports bra for men!
Well, I managed 4.8 miles in drizzling rain and strong wind so quite pleased.
Tea and toast now and a soak in the bath, then back out with the dog.

Morning bob. Horrible weather here. I'll be in the turbo trainer later while listening to Ed Sheeran I think.

I'd be running up the nearest hill , black eyes or not..Drunk again is out as too early in the morning

I like him. And, I don't like football. The game has been totally ruined by the price people are expected to pay, plus the stupid money that players are paid at the expense of the punters, and the amount of diving that goes on now is a joke. they are overpaid cheating numpties.

I much prefer rugby. 80 minutes of great sport, and excitement. Give me rugby any day.

Funnily I watched two rugby games yesterday..
I do watch the internationals (as far apart from the hysterical Mrs Mhor as possible)..
