Well I am off to bed folks. Early transfer to the airport in the morning.
Probably the next time I post will be when I am back in the UK at Gatwick sometime tomorrow afternoon.
Will we get screened for ebola?
You got back the day before they start.

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt said the measures would come into force at Heathrow's Terminal 1 on Tuesday, before being rolled out to other terminals and to Gatwick and the Eurostar hub, St Pancras.

Who needs nice hot, succulent beef stew in the comfort of their own home when you can have cheese, tomatoe & cucumber butties in a cold, dark, damp bus station ?

A little anecdote: the slowness of Melbourne's tram system has been in our news of late. All the tram lines (which are all 2-way lines, of course) have been hampered by obstacles such as cars getting in the way, red traffic lights, and (apparently) too many tram stops. So one genius wrote a letter to Melbourne's Herald Sun*** newspaper, suggesting that the solution was to move all the tram stops so they're after the traffic lights! I was torn between being amused at that, and being a bit depressed because morons like that actually do drive cars.

*** aka The Feral Hun.

Anyway, I had another nice commute to <that_place_that_shall_not_be_mentioned> just now, with my legs full of energy for some reason.
