Why?
I have a friend who is a Coeliac and she makes malt loaf as it's the only thing that doesn't make her feel ill. Having dietary problems must be the pits.It's the only 'cake' I've been able to eat for 2 years
As near normal as I'll get.
Best part of the morning spent trying to get a billing problem sorted out. Company records, held on computer have become corrupted.

No joy with them and a £400 bill now showing as owing, for a month. "It will take around a month to sort out, but they hope to get back to me on Tuesday/Wednesday with some news".Oh dear Mr C. I hope you had some joy. I can imagine your frustration.

I still can't tolerate white bread and haven't tried eggs but have been fine with most else
I'm enjoying eating all the stuff I haven't had in 2 years but am very aware that it must be a treat as I don't want to put weight on.
