I hung them on my zip up sweatshirt as I went into the co-op. Got home (across the road) and no where to be seen. Reckon I dropped them but they haven't been handed in.

Afternoon all.
I have not been a lazy layabed but have been out with the dogs and trying to shift a persistent headache. Not quite a migraine thankfully, just a horrible headache. It was a fast day yesterday and I was well under my 500 as A) I didn't feel hungry, B) by the time I got home from my lesson it was too late for anything but a bowl of soup, and C) I couldn't face the missing 150 calories as I was stuffed with soup and felt too tired to go and forage for something else. Yup! In short, too lazy to eat.
Just waiting for the rain - it's due any time soon according to the BBC - and then when it's gone, I'm going out on my bike.
