Letterboxing has been going on for ages up on Dartmoor and Exmoor, I take it that this 'caching' is a modern version?

One I logged earlier this year was an actual Postbox nailed to a tree but first I had to find the key and the direction and distance away to find the actual postbox..
I've found most of mine by cycling to them and most times base my distance rides around geocaches enroute..
It certainly takes you to some nice places

Mad storm and lightening over here this morning. Fortunately I rode the opposite direction to it and returned later after it had passed. Just some damp and wet roads. Take it very carefully when the roads are wet here as they are like glass. Straight lines no leaning into corners and light on the brakes in a straight line. A few were coming back to the hotel having discovered how lethal the roads can be when wet over here.

That wasn't due whilst two, the earliest. With a repeat tomorrow.
