Let's hope it all gets sorted, @ScotiaLass . I may be needing a new front wheel for my commuter bike, after someone got carried away with some road rage and pushed me off my bike. I posted about it in the commuting sub-forum. It's a bit depressing, because both wheels are new (barely 1000km ridden on them so far) .

That's awful. Are you ok. Any witnesses

Hiya

Just a bit of shopping, then tea and newspaper on the balcony so far. This afternoon Mrs B will do a bit of OU work while I take a high speed stomp up to a local hilltop village and back. An old friend from Barnsley arrives today so we will see him later at the karaoke - he come over 5 or 6 times a year on short trips and acts as our source of local gossip, via e-mail, when we are back in Ireland
