Waiting in today for my work stand and plodding on with some housework.

Remember, 'work' stand. That doesn't mean you stand and watch someone else work...:smile:
I don't know, knows her gluteous maximus from her ulna but not the 'little twisty bits' on a bike!!:rolleyes:

I hadn't though of that..right that does it, my heart won't stand the thought of @ScotiaLass standing at the door in her nightie offering the delivery man a bonus if he can help her with her screws... I'm off to the safety of the Devon countryside..:laugh:

Not a cloud in the sky here, but there is a bit of a nip to the air now.. :sun:
One of those days today, feel better and stronger but not sure whether to use it but risk losing it or just take it easy for another day and hope it's even better tomorrow...:cuppa: I'll think about it.
Ian, I don't know what your health issues are, but, you shouldn't even think about cycling until you are sure of your fitness. Jump in too soon and you will set yourself back. Wait until you know that you can complete a ride without setting yourself back. Even then, keep the effort well within yourself so that you use the cycling as part of building yourself back up rather than tearing yourself down.

I'm taking a complete break from cycling while in Cyprus and will then take a couple of months to build back to fitness when I get back home. It works every year. Patience and an awareness that the body needs rest as much as exercise are the key issues. :thumbsup:
