Just wondered as our kids hospital has beds so you can sleep alongside them if you need to.

The children's ward here has beds for the parent to stay with the child if they want to.
I used to stay with him when he was younger, but during these episodes he is out for the count for 18 hours or more, so I tend to come home as I sleep better there and he doesn't know I'm there anyway.

We're home from hospital. Got to go to outpatients to see his consultant re some new drugs. We're both tired!

Never nice being in hospital, then coming out knowing you're moving onto something new.
I've always felt like a in recent years when thats been done.
